Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to landscape design services provided by Slyxarongrchexax.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients. Therefore:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of consultation fee
  • No-show appointments: Full consultation fee
  • Rescheduling: Free if done 24 hours in advance
  • Project Cancellation

    Once a project agreement has been signed and work has begun, cancellation terms will be specified in your contract. Generally, work completed to date will be invoiced, and materials ordered or installed cannot be returned.

    If you need to cancel a project after signing the agreement:

  • After work begins: All completed work will be invoiced
  • Materials ordered: Cannot be returned, costs will be charged
  • Materials installed: Cannot be returned or refunded
  • Design fees: Non-refundable once design work is completed

    We recommend discussing any concerns about your project as early as possible so we can address them before significant work or expenses are incurred.

  • Material Returns

    Landscape materials including plants, stone, and other hardscape materials are typically custom-ordered for your specific project and cannot be returned once delivered. If materials are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will arrange for replacement.

    Our material return policy:

  • Defective materials: Will be replaced at no charge
  • Damaged materials: Will be replaced if damage occurred during delivery
  • Wrong materials delivered: Will be exchanged for correct materials
  • Unused standard materials: May be returnable within 7 days, subject to restocking fee

    All material issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or return.

  • Plant Warranty

    Plants installed as part of our landscape design services may be covered by a warranty period as specified in your project agreement. Plants that fail to thrive due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or improper maintenance, may not be covered.

    Our plant warranty covers:

  • Plant failure due to disease or pest issues: Replacement if reported within warranty period
  • Proper care instructions: Provided for all installed plants
  • Warranty period: Typically 6-12 months depending on plant type

    Warranty does not cover:

  • Design Plan Changes

    Minor revisions to design plans may be accommodated during the design phase. Significant changes after design approval may incur additional fees. Once construction begins, changes to the approved design may result in additional costs.

    Our change policy:

  • Major design changes: Additional design fees may apply
  • Changes during construction: Additional costs for materials and labor
  • Change orders: Must be approved in writing before work proceeds
  • Timeline adjustments: Changes may extend project timeline

    We encourage clients to carefully review design plans before approval to minimize the need for changes during construction.

  • Refunds

    Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and terms outlined in your project agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced, but may be applied to future projects under certain conditions.

    Refund policy:

  • Deposits: Non-refundable but may be applied to future projects within 12 months
  • Progress payments: Non-refundable for completed work
  • Unused funds: May be refundable if project is cancelled before work begins
  • Refund processing: 14-21 business days from approval

    All refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are subject to deduction of any costs incurred, including design fees, materials ordered, and work completed.

  • Dispute Resolution

    If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and will work with you to find an acceptable solution.

    Our dispute resolution process:

  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer mediation
  • All disputes are subject to Australian consumer protection laws

    We take client satisfaction seriously and will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and resolve disputes fairly.
